Our special kids yoga program helps to inspire the little ones to identify their potential, strength, flexibility & to shape & nurture their minds.
Class Details:
Duration & Timing:
- Duration: 45 minutes per class
- Timing: 6 PM to 6:45 PM, Monday to Friday
- Session Length: One month
What We’ll Teach:
- Fun Exercises: Games, stories, and playful positions that improve flexibility, strength, and focus.
- Mindfulness Practices: Approaches for managing emotions and improving wellbeing, such as breathing exercises and relaxation methods.
- Creative Expression: Encouragement of inventiveness and self-confidence in a nurturing setting.
