Ramona Narang, emphasizes the significance of emotional healing before stepping into a new relationship. She points out, “If you’ve gone through a traumatic breakup… and then you jump into another relationship right away, you’re going to carry those insecurities, that trauma, everything that didn’t serve you in that relationship over here.”

Ramona highlights how taking the time to heal and address past emotional wounds is crucial for setting a strong foundation for a new relationship. “If you actually heal, you go through the pain, you actually talk… you get over the whole period of wondering who, what, how, she, he, me. Okay, once you finish that, I think then you’re ready to meet someone new and get into it on a clean slate,” she explains.

She warns against the potential dangers of not healing properly, stating, “Trauma bonds will attract each other because your vibrations are exactly the same. Once your vibrations are the same – his trauma, your trauma, all trauma together and boom – you’ve got a blast all over again.” Ramona believes that the universe gives signs to individuals to focus on healing before moving forward.
