What can I list on Dharte?
Every member can sell across all four Dharte listing types from a single profile:
- Products — physical or digital goods, including ebooks.
- Services — sessions, packages, courses or workshops, online or in-person.
- Subscriptions — recurring offers billed monthly or yearly.
- Events — anything with a set day and time, online or in-person.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Both are annual subscriptions. Standard gets you a marketplace listing so you can start selling instantly, plus access to the Members community, events and networking. Premium includes everything in Standard plus targeted marketing on demographics, demo webinars and events, and multiple global offline + online distribution channels.
How does the commission work?
You choose two rates, both with a minimum of 15%, set by you on a single page at dharte.com/agreement:
① Retail commission — 15% minimum. Applies to every sale Dharte helps you make online or offline. You keep the rest. At 15%, on a ₹1,000 sale you keep ₹850; at 25% you keep ₹750. Choose what feels right for you.
② Wholesale commission — 15% minimum. Applies when Dharte distributes your products to shops, retailers and B2B buyers. Same idea — you keep the rest of every sale Dharte places for you.
Promoters, introducers and referral partners are managed by Dharte separately, on Dharte's own share — they don't affect what you keep.
Where do I set my commission, profile and listings?
Everything lives in your vendor dashboard, which opens automatically after payment. From there you can set commission rates, add your profile and photos, publish listings across Products / Services / Subscriptions / Events, set payout details and shipping zones, and sign the membership agreement.
When do I sign the membership agreement?
After payment. The agreement is emailed to you and accessible any time from your member dashboard. It's a 1-year sales contract — Dharte actively sells on your behalf.
Who handles shipping for physical products?
Members ship orders directly. Dharte's cart calculates shipping at checkout (domestic India tiered by weight; international zone-based DHL/FedEx-equivalent rates). Orders flow to you with the buyer's address.
Which currencies can I pay membership in?
15 currencies. INR routes through PayU (UPI / Netbanking / Cards / RuPay). International currencies route through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Switch from the header switcher.
Refund policy?
Memberships are annual and non-refundable once your profile is live. If we're unable to verify you (rare), a full refund is issued. Email hello@dharte.com for anything billing-related.
