Prameet Kotak has spent more than twenty-five years working in wellness across multiple countries, and today he is based in Malabar Hill, Mumbai, where he works as a breath specialist and sleep coach. His professional path has taken him through some unusually varied training: he is a certified Life Coach through the Global Systemic Activation programme in Barcelona, a Personal Trainer accredited in Australia, a Yoga Instructor trained in India, a Remedial Massage Therapist from Australia, and an Energetic Transference Teacher. That breadth is not incidental — it reflects the conviction that the body, breath and nervous system cannot be separated into tidy categories, and that real change requires attending to all of them at once.

Prameet works with both individuals and corporate clients, offering one-on-one consultations, weekly guided group sessions and in-home wellness retreats delivered in person and online. His core focus is breathing pattern optimisation and sleep coaching: helping people who have unknowingly developed shallow, disordered or effortful breathing habits to retrain those patterns toward something more efficient and restorative. Alongside breathwork he incorporates meditation, movement, and posture alignment, addressing the physical and neurological conditions that support — or undermine — both sleep quality and waking vitality. Sessions are designed around the person rather than a fixed protocol.

What distinguishes Prameet's approach is the combination of rigour and practicality. Rather than treating breathwork as an esoteric discipline, he uses it as a precise, teachable skill — one that can be refined and practised independently. His multidisciplinary credentials allow him to address postural contributors to poor breathing, the psychological dimensions of sleeplessness, and the subtler energetic patterns that underlie chronic fatigue or stress. Clients tend to come to him not in crisis but in a state of low-grade depletion, and leave with a clearer understanding of their body and a set of habits they can maintain without ongoing intervention.

Prameet is well suited to anyone who has struggled with disrupted sleep, persistent tiredness, shallow breathing, or the general sense of not quite recovering between days — and who wants practical guidance rather than a general wellness programme. Corporate teams looking to support employee wellbeing at a functional, everyday level will also find his group and retreat offerings relevant. He works both digitally and face to face from Mumbai.
