Terms & Conditions

The terms governing the use of dharte.com and Dharte memberships.

Memberships

Dharte sells two annual memberships: the Promoter Membership and the Business Membership. Memberships renew annually unless cancelled. Pricing and benefits are as listed on the membership page at the time of purchase.

No refunds and non-transferable

All membership purchases are final. Dharte does not offer refunds, in whole or in part, once payment has been completed. Memberships are issued to a single named individual or business and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared. See the Cancellations & Refunds policy for details.

Conduct

Members agree to represent Dharte and its businesses with honesty, integrity, and respect for the network's standards. The Dharte team reserves the right to revoke a membership for conduct that materially harms a member, a business, or the network.

Commission and earnings

Promoter commission rates are set per business and may change over time. Earnings are paid out quarterly in INR, GBP, or USD subject to a minimum payout threshold.

Limitation of liability

Dharte facilitates introductions between members. Each member is responsible for their own contracts, services, and outcomes with the parties they connect with.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Mumbai courts.
