Applied Meditation & Yogic Science Level 1 is a structured 15-hour introductory programme (1 hour per day) covering meditation theory, breath-awareness practices and the foundations of Yogic Science. Taught by Dr B Sivaramappa, PhD — Managing Director of Pyramid Spiritual Science Academy, Bengaluru. This is the English-language batch running 1–17 June 2026.
