Cancellation & Refund Policy

How Dharte handles cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and disputed charges.

Annual memberships (Standard & Premium)

All Dharte annual membership purchases — both the Standard Membership and the Premium Membership — are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed. Please review the membership benefits carefully on the membership page before purchasing.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by emailing hello@dharte.com. Your membership will not renew at the end of the paid term, and you will retain full access to member benefits until that term ends. No refund is issued for the unused portion of an active term.

Memberships are non-transferable

Memberships are issued to a single named individual or business and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared with any other person or entity. Referral commissions, course progress, and certifications are tied to the original member account.

Paid event tickets — customer cancellations

For paid Dharte events (workshops, retreats, ticketed networking sessions, member-hosted programmes), customers must notify the Dharte support team in writing at hello@dharte.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to qualify for a refund.

Failure to provide notice within this window, or non-attendance without prior cancellation (a "No-Show"), results in forfeiture of the ticket and no refund will be issued.

Paid event tickets — Dharte cancellations

If Dharte cancels a paid event due to unforeseen circumstances (facilitator unavailability, venue issues, force majeure), customers will receive a full refund credited to the original mode of payment. We will notify affected ticket holders by email and, where possible, offer a transfer to a future event of equivalent value.

Rescheduling

Individual sessions and event tickets may be rescheduled once, with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice, subject to facilitator and venue availability.

If a rescheduled session cannot be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued within 48 hours of confirmation.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem during a paid Dharte event or while accessing your membership benefits (broken Zoom link, payment-gateway error, course access issue), please report it immediately to hello@dharte.com or WhatsApp +91 9699990069. Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis at Dharte's discretion.

Refund processing time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank or card processor delays beyond this window are outside Dharte's control.

Disputed charges

All Dharte payments are processed by Stripe — look for "STRIPE * DHARTE" or similar on your card statement. If you do not recognise a charge, please email us at hello@dharte.com with your order details before raising a chargeback. We resolve almost every issue within 24 hours.

Discretion

All refund decisions rest with DHARTE LLP. Dharte reserves the right of final approval or denial of any refund request, applied consistently with this policy and any applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
