Service Delivery

How and when memberships activate after payment.

Promoter Membership

Activated within one business day of payment confirmation. You receive a welcome email with your login, access to the Promoter Course, and the recurring Zoom links for Tuesday and Thursday networking calls.

Business Membership

Activated after KYB verification, typically within 3–5 business days. Once verified, your business is added to the Opportunities directory and matched to relevant promoters.

No physical shipping

Dharte sells digital memberships only. There are no physical goods to ship.

Issues with activation

If your membership has not activated within the expected window, email hello@dharte.com with your order reference and we will resolve it the same day.
