DHARTE INFLUENCER PROGRAMME AGREEMENT This Agreement is between Dharte Global Ltd ("Dharte") and the individual named below ("Influencer"). 1. MEMBERSHIP & APPOINTMENT The Influencer must be an active Dharte member. On that basis, Dharte appoints the Influencer on a non-exclusive basis to create content and/or attend events on behalf of brands and practitioners listed on the Dharte marketplace ("Gigs"). 2. GIGS Each Gig will be communicated to the Influencer by email and will specify: the brand/practitioner, deliverables, deadline, and fee. The Influencer accepts or declines each Gig within 48 hours. Acceptance is binding. 3. FEES AND COMMISSION For each completed Gig, the total fee agreed is split as follows: - Influencer receives: (100 minus Dharte Commission %) of the Gig fee - Dharte retains: Dharte Commission % as a booking/management fee The Influencer's agreed Dharte Commission percentage is set out in their application and confirmed here. 4. PAYMENT Dharte will pay the Influencer's share within 30 days of the brand/practitioner confirming Gig completion. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal to details provided by the Influencer. 5. CONTENT STANDARDS All content must be: (a) honest and not misleading, (b) clearly disclosed as partnered content per ASA/CAP guidelines ("Ad" or "#ad"), (c) aligned with Dharte's wellness values. Dharte reserves the right to request removal of content that breaches these standards. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY The Influencer will not disclose Gig fees or brand terms to third parties without Dharte's written consent. 7. TERM AND TERMINATION Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days' written notice. Gigs already accepted remain binding through their deadline. Ending Dharte membership ends this Agreement. 8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By signing digitally below, the Influencer agrees to all terms above.
