Anuya Zende is the founder of Yoganubhav in Mumbai's Kandivali East, a yoga therapy practice with over 18 years of experience. She holds a Master's degree in yoga therapy from Vivekananda Yoga University and is certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). She specialises in PCOS management, prenatal yoga and lifestyle disease management, keeping classes to a maximum of six participants for personalised attention.
