Heart Medicine is the healing practice of Mirela Vukman Neylan, an intuitive healer, transformational coach, and metaphysical teacher with over twenty-five years of experience guiding clients through life's most profound challenges. Mirela specialises in resolving the root causes of difficulty — working at the level of energy, belief, and pattern — to release blockages and dissolve the fears that keep people stuck. She works with clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and spiritual disconnection, drawing on a rich toolkit of ancient and contemporary modalities.
