Hitesh Vashisht is the founder of Life Here And Now, a Gurgaon-based platform for consciousness, healing and transformation, and a bestselling author. Introduced to meditation in 2008, he has spent more than a decade growing into his purpose as a teacher and guide, and now leads workshops, coaching and healing sessions designed to help people awaken to the present moment. His teaching rests on a simple premise — that infinite possibilities open up when life is lived here and now — and he works to free individuals from inherited patterns, trauma and self-limiting beliefs. Hitesh's signature programs span Past Life Regression and Spiritual Science, Kundalini Shakti chakra healing, Soul Matrix Reading, and The Third Eye consciousness development, as well as immersive residential retreats such as Born Again and Shiv Shakti for deep trauma healing and a return to wholeness. He also facilitates Family Constellation and transgenerational healing, Emotional Mastery workshops, and an Ultimate Success leadership program.
