Kavyal Sedanni is an internationally acclaimed life coach, hypnotherapist and psycho-spiritual healer based in Mumbai, with more than fifteen years of experience in mental and emotional wellness. She works with both individuals and corporate clients, taking a holistic approach to challenges such as anxiety, depression and self-doubt, and guiding people toward personal mastery, conscious parenting and stronger relationships. Her practice draws on a wide range of therapeutic modalities including hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and family constellation facilitation, alongside tarot, astrology, numerology and graphology, as well as career counselling for students studying in India and abroad. In 2012 she received an invitation from Oprah Winfrey to appear as a guest on her show, and she has represented youth empowerment on Indian channels including Doordarshan. Based in Andheri West, Mumbai, Kavyal blends counselling, coaching and meditation to help clients release limiting patterns and step into a more empowered, balanced and conscious way of living.
