Paayal Lal is a transformational counsellor, therapist and energy healer and the founder of EKA by Paayal, a Mumbai-based space for deep healing, self-discovery and empowerment where science meets spirituality. She blends the precision of psychological work with contemplative and energy-based practice to help clients break free from inner blocks and step into their fullest potential. Her offerings include talk therapy, tarot and energy readings, guided visualisations, hypnotherapy, sound and frequency healing, and chakra balancing, woven together to support emotional freedom, deep healing and self-mastery. A particular focus of her practice is empowering women and entrepreneurs to overcome limiting beliefs, realign their energy and lead from a place of inner strength and authenticity.
