Riddhi Jain is a sound healer, international yoga instructor and the founder of Ancient Auras, a Pune-based sound-healing and corporate-wellness practice that blends ancient healing traditions with modern therapeutic techniques. With a background in psychology, she sees yoga as a profound study of the mind and understands the close interplay of science and spirituality in her work. She holds the title of International Yoga Instructor and Evaluator and completed a comprehensive 900-hour yoga training at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai. Through Ancient Auras she leads sound-healing therapy sessions and runs teacher-training programmes in both Pune and Goa, including Singing Bowls Teacher Training, Tuning Fork Sound Healing Therapy and Meditation Teacher Training certification. Her sessions use singing bowls, tuning forks and guided meditation to promote deep relaxation, stress relief and holistic wellbeing, while her training courses help others become qualified sound-healing practitioners. Set in serene surroundings with experienced instructors, Ancient Auras is dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and spiritual growth, offering both individual therapy and structured certification pathways for aspiring healers.
