Shobhika Jaju is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Silver Linings: Guidance & Counselling Centre in Goa, where she has been practising for over a decade. She offers evidence-based therapy for all age groups using integrative modalities including CBT, REBT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and person-centred therapy. Her practice covers individual psychotherapy, career counselling, couple and family therapy, and workshops on stress and anger management, as well as clinical supervision for mental health professionals. Sessions are offered both in person at her Goa centre and online, with an eclectic approach that addresses emotional, social, behavioural and cognitive concerns across the lifespan.
