Sonika Vickraman is a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor and energy healer with nearly 30 years of experience in martial arts, Tai Chi, Qigong and energy healing. A national and international karate champion, she has won district, state and national level medals, earned a bronze medal at the KOI World Cup in Greece (2005) and a silver in Bulgaria (2007), and represented India three times in world cup competitions. In 2018 she received a Life Achievement Award from superstar Rajinikanth in recognition of her contribution to the discipline. Today her teaching centres on Tai Chi, Qigong and Zhineng Qigong, guiding students toward balance, vitality and self-knowledge under her guiding principle, "Know Thyself." Alongside the movement arts, Sonika is a Reiki Master and offers Qi healing, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Cranio Sacral Therapy, Family Constellations therapy, past-life recall work, and Access Consciousness Bars and Body Process sessions, as well as an energy face lift. She also leads retreats, including in Kodaikanal. Blending decades of championship-level martial discipline with a deep healing practice, she helps people cultivate physical balance, emotional release and inner awareness.
