Hitesh Vashisht
Hitesh Vashisht is the founder of Life Here And Now, a Gurgaon-based platform for consciousness, healing and transformation, and a bestselling author. His introduction to meditation came in 2008, and over the course of more than a decade he grew steadily into his work as a teacher and guide. That unhurried deepening shows in the texture of what he now offers: workshops, individual coaching and healing sessions rooted in a clear and direct premise — that when life is lived fully in the present, something essentially limiting in us begins to loosen. Based in Gurgaon, he also holds regular sangha gatherings in Delhi, building a committed community of practitioners around the work.
