Founded in 2016 by Yogi Kamal Negi Ji, Rishikesh Yoga Valley is a traditional yoga school in Ram Jhula, Rishikesh — the yoga capital of the world, nestled in the Himalayan foothills. Yoga Alliance USA registered at RYS 200, RYS 300 and RYS 500 levels, the school offers internationally recognised teacher training programmes in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Aerial yoga, as well as yoga and meditation retreats from 3 to 14 days. Teaching covers the full spectrum of yogic study: asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and Ayurveda. All programmes are residential, with organic sattvic vegetarian meals and on-site accommodation included. Classes are taught in small batches by certified, internationally experienced instructors grounded in classical Indian methods.
