Made the traditional bilona way from grass-fed A2 desi-cow milk sourced from a closed network of regenerative farms in Mysuru. The cream is hand-churned in clay pots, then slow-cooked in cast iron until the ghee turns the warm amber colour traditional kitchens know. Every jar is QR-traceable to the farm and date of churn.
