About this service

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-oriented approach to resolving trauma, chronic stress, and difficult life experiences. By working with the felt sense of the body, SE helps discharge stored survival energy, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of safety and groundedness. Sessions are suitable for adults, children, and mothers and babies.
