Volunteering is how
a promoter becomes known.
Senior promoters often started by volunteering — at events, on the front desk of a venue, behind the scenes of a Dharte launch. It is the fastest way to get known in the network.
A promoter who is paid by Dharte was almost always a volunteer at Dharte first. Volunteering puts you in front of the founders, facilitators, and senior promoters who decide which businesses get represented and by whom.
Where promoters volunteer
Dharte runs events, retreats, and launches every month. Volunteers help with registration, hosting, content, photography, social media, and translation. You pick what fits your strengths.

What you get back
Volunteers earn the same access as a paid team member during the event — the photos, the people, the founder time, the dinners. Many of them turn into the most active promoters and circle hosts.
