An online event is the easiest way for a promoter to host their first room. No venue, no travel, no risk — just you, a Dharte facilitator, and the audience you bring.
Most promoters start with online events because the barrier is low and the payoff is immediate. A 60-minute Zoom session with a Dharte facilitator and 30 attendees of yours can drive real bookings the same week.
Common online event formats
Promoters typically run one of three formats: a free 60-minute teaching session, a paid 90-minute workshop, or a four-week mini-series across consecutive weeks.

What Dharte provides for online events
Promoters get a Zoom-ready event template, a registration page on dharte.com, automated reminder emails, and a post-event recording. The Dharte team can also run tech ops for the call.
Earning structure
Promoters earn ticket revenue share for paid events, commission on any session, retreat, or membership purchased afterwards, and a base hosting fee for events featuring senior facilitators.
