Offline events.
Where promoters become trusted.

Online events are how promoters reach people. Offline events are how they earn their lifetime trust. Sharing a real room with someone changes the relationship forever.

Once a promoter has hosted a few online events, the next step is usually a small in-person gathering — a circle in a venue, a workshop, a half-day mini retreat. Offline events have higher conversion, longer relationships, and the stories that fuel the next online event.

What promoters host offline

Common formats: an evening with a facilitator at a local venue, a half-day mini retreat, a weekend immersion, a women's circle, a men's circle, a sound bath at a yoga studio.

  • 8–25 attendees is the sweet spot for first-time hosts
  • Use a Dharte-affiliated venue to keep costs predictable
  • Pair with a Dharte-certified facilitator for the magic
  • Always end the event with a clear next step

Venues

Dharte has a small but growing roster of partner venues across India, the UK, and Bali — yoga studios, retreat farms, conscious cafes, design hotels. Members get reduced rates for hosting.

Cost and earning

Offline events typically cost ₹15,000–₹60,000 to run depending on location and length. Promoters cover the cost from ticket sales and earn commission on every booking that follows. Most break even on the first event and profit thereafter.

Host an offline event with the network

Promoter Members get venue introductions, ops checklists, and a registration page. Without the membership you cannot use the Dharte name on the event.
