Once you are a Certified Dharte Promoter and have built a track record of introductions, you can apply to open your own promoter agency. You bring on other people, train them on the Dharte standard, and earn override income on everything they refer — while continuing to earn on your own work.
What an agency is in Dharte
An agency is a small team of promoters operating under one lead. The lead promoter handles training, quality, and relationships with key businesses in their area. Each promoter still has their own referral link and their own earning relationship with Dharte.

Who this is for
Agency mode suits promoters who already feel comfortable in the network and want to build something larger — community organisers, event hosts, wellness coaches with an audience, founders running adjacent businesses, or anyone who naturally connects people for a living.
How to qualify
You become eligible to open an agency once you have completed the Promoter Course, made a minimum number of paid referrals, and joined the regular networking calls for at least one quarter. Then it is a short application and a conversation with the Dharte team.
