Promoters host events.
Events fill promoter pipelines.

Hosting a Dharte event is one of the highest-leverage things a promoter can do. Every event you host fills your pipeline with new clients, businesses, and circle-mates.

The most active Dharte Promoters host at least one event a quarter. It does not need to be big — a 20-person evening with a single facilitator is enough. What matters is that you are seen as the connector who made the room happen.

Why promoters host

Hosting an event puts you in the room with a facilitator, a venue, and 20–200 attendees. Each of those is a potential new client, referral, or repeat introduction. Promoters who host regularly grow their commissions every quarter.

  • Earn from ticket sales (when applicable)
  • Earn on every facilitator booking that follows the event
  • Earn on every Promoter Membership someone joins after the event
  • Build long-term relationships with venues and brands

What Dharte provides

Host promoters get an event template, a curated facilitator list, marketing assets, a registration page, and access to the Dharte event ops team. You bring the audience and the space; Dharte handles the rest.

What you put in

Realistically, hosting one event takes a promoter about 20–30 hours over three weeks. Most of it is outreach. Dharte handles bookings, payments, and post-event follow-up.

Hosting starts with the membership

Promoter Members get the event template, the facilitator list, and the ops support. Without the membership you cannot host an official Dharte event.
