MODULE 3.4
Case Studies
Real outcomes — what promoters did, what businesses earned.
Studying case studies is how a promoter learns the patterns that compound. Each one is a playbook in disguise.
Four worked examples
- Boutique homeopathy clinic, Delhi → 4 retainers in London
- Sustainable fashion factory, Tirupur → 12-store retailer in California
- Sound-healing facilitator, Bali → six-figure corporate wellness contract
- Eco-retreat venue, Goa → fully booked Q1
What they have in common
Each case started with a single warm introduction from a promoter to a contact in another market or sector. Each promoter stayed involved through the first conversation. Each took commission for the life of the resulting partnership rather than just on the first sale.
Reading a case study like a promoter
Notice the move (the introduction). Notice the staging (the warm setup). Notice the structure (one-time vs recurring commission). The pattern is the lesson, not the names.
Reflection. Which of the four examples feels closest to a play you could run? Why?
Exercise. Write a one-sentence "case study you want to publish in 12 months." What did you do, who benefited, what did you earn?
