MODULE 3.2

Global Expansion

Cross-border introductions are some of the highest-paying.

Course · Businesses

Most Dharte businesses want to grow beyond their home market but do not have the network. Promoters who already have a foot in another country can engineer that growth.

The opportunity

A homeopath in Delhi can serve clients in Dubai. A retreat venue in Goa can host travellers from London. A breathwork facilitator in Mumbai can run corporate sessions for a Singapore office. Each of those is a cross-border introduction — and they pay better and longer than local ones.

What promoters do

You spot a Dharte business that fits a need in a market you know. Make the introduction warmly. Stay involved through the first meeting. Earn commission on whatever flows from that — often retainers and recurring corporate work, not one-off purchases.

Where Dharte already operates

Three home markets — India, UK, US. Active build-out in UAE, Singapore, and Bali. Promoters working between any two of these regions have the easiest path.

Reflection. Which two countries do you have meaningful contacts in? What would it take to introduce a business between them this quarter?
Exercise. List three Dharte businesses you know that could expand into a market you are connected to. Pick the easiest one. Plan a single intro email for it.
