How volunteering accelerates a promoter's reputation.
A promoter who is paid by Dharte was almost always a volunteer at Dharte first. Volunteering is the fastest way to be seen by founders, facilitators, and senior promoters.
Where promoters volunteer
On-site at Dharte events (Mumbai, London, LA, Goa, Bali). Online during webinars and demo days. Behind the scenes for new business launches. Translation and language support. Photography, social media, content.
What you get back
Volunteers earn the same access as a paid team member during the event — the photos, the people, the founder time, the dinners. Many volunteers turn into the most active promoters and circle hosts within a year.
How to volunteer
Once you are a member, the Dharte team posts upcoming volunteer slots in the member channel and on the networking calls. Apply for slots that match your skills and availability.
