Offline Events

Online events reach people. Offline events earn lifetime trust. Sharing a real room with someone changes the relationship forever.
What promoters host offline
An evening with a facilitator at a local venue. A half-day mini retreat. A weekend immersion. A women's circle. A men's circle. A sound bath at a yoga studio. Sweet spot is 8–25 attendees for first-time hosts.
Cost economics
Most offline events cost ₹15,000–₹60,000 to run. Promoters cover cost from ticket sales and earn commission on every booking that follows. Most break even on the first event and profit thereafter.
Working with venues
Use a Dharte-affiliated venue when possible — predictable pricing, member discount, and a built-in trust bridge. The Promoter Course Venues module covers this in detail.
