MODULE 2.2

Circles

The smaller rooms behind the open networking calls.

Course · Community

The two open networking calls are the front door of Dharte. Circles are the rooms behind that door — and where most introductions actually happen.

How a circle works

Each circle has 8–25 promoters who share a city, niche, or language. Members bring one ask, one offer, and one gratitude to a monthly 90-minute call. The circle helps each member find the right introduction inside the network, often resolving in the same call.

Common circles

Mumbai promoters, London promoters, Los Angeles promoters, Hindi-language circle, women's wellness circle, sustainable fashion circle, retreat-hosting circle, meditation-teacher circle, corporate-wellness circle. New circles open whenever five or more members request one.

Joining and starting a circle

You can join up to three circles as a member. After you have been active for a quarter, you can apply to start a new one. Most senior promoters host a circle by their second year.

Reflection. Which circle would feel most useful for you in the next 90 days? Why?
Exercise. On your next networking call, ask the host which circles are open and most active. Note the answer.
