Agency
Growing from solo promoter to running a team.
The most ambitious promoters do not stay solo. Agency mode is how senior promoters compound — by training others under them and earning override on what their team refers.
What an agency is in Dharte
A small team of 3–10 promoters under one lead. The lead handles training, quality, and key business relationships. Each promoter still has their own referral link and direct earning relationship with Dharte. The lead earns override on top.
Who this suits
Promoters who already feel comfortable in the network. Community organisers, event hosts, coaches with audiences, founders running adjacent businesses, natural connectors.
How to qualify
Complete the Promoter Course, make a minimum number of paid referrals, and join the regular networking calls for at least one quarter. Then it is a short application and a conversation with the Dharte team.
