Nitu Singha is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and wellness coach based in Kolkata, and founder of Yoga Ikyam. A former airline crew member who found healing through yoga — resolving PCOD and depression through practice — she now helps others achieve the same. She trained at the BODHI School of Yoga and is Yoga Alliance USA certified.
