Institutes are some of the longest-tail earnings a promoter can build. One referral to a school can pay every year as new cohorts join.
Why institutes are special
One referred corporate cohort can trigger a multi-month or multi-year course. The institute keeps the relationship; the promoter keeps their percentage on every cohort that follows.
Categories of institutes in Dharte

Who refers well here
