Meditation is the single most important daily practice for a Sustainability and Wellness Promoter. You cannot share what you have not practised. This module introduces Stabilising and Reflective meditation, and guides students through Dharte's 6 Dimension Meditations — establishing the daily practice that underpins the entire course.

Stabilising Meditation

Calms the nervous system. Steadies attention. Returns awareness to breath. Even 10 minutes daily creates measurable clarity, better decisions, and reduced reactivity. This is the foundation practice.

Reflective Meditation

Choose a theme — gratitude, a life dimension, a challenge. Sit quietly and allow honest insight to arise. This is where intellectual understanding becomes lived wisdom.

Dharte's 6 Dimension Meditations

A dedicated guided meditation for each Dimension of Life — Health, Family, Love, Wealth, Environment, Happiness. Each 10–15 mins. Available at dharte.com.

Building Your Daily Practice

Morning: 10 min stabilising. Evening: 10 min reflective. Weekly rhythm: study → meditate → journal → act → walk → meditate → integrate. Consistency creates transformation.


📋 Assignment

Begin your personal daily meditation practice and experience all 6 Dharte guided meditations

Minimum: 7 consecutive days of meditation + all 6 Dimension meditations experienced

  1. 📓 Start your Meditation Journal — date every entry
  2. ☀️ 7 consecutive mornings: sit for 10 minutes, focus on breath. Write 2–3 sentences after each: What did you notice?
  3. 🎧 Access the 6 Dharte Dimension Meditations at dharte.com. Complete one per day over 6 days.
  4. ✍️ Write a 200-word reflection: What does meditation mean to YOU now — your actual experience?
  5. 📊 Rate wellbeing before Day 1 and after Day 7 (1–10: energy, clarity, stress, sleep, mood).
  6. 📤 Email Journal + reflection to megha@dharte.net — Subject: Module 02 Assignment
⭐ Bonus: On Day 7, lead a 5-minute group breathing exercise with friends or a WhatsApp group. Report what happened.

💡 Even 10 minutes counts. The goal is not perfection — it is showing up every single day.
