A Dharte Agency is a formalised promoter operation — a registered small business representing the Dharte brand in a specific region or market. Building an agency is the path from individual Promoter to entrepreneur with a team, territory, and scalable income.

What a Dharte Agency Does

Represents 10+ Dharte businesses. Hosts regular local events. Manages community WhatsApp groups. Recruits and mentors sub-Promoters. Tracks all commissions. Reports monthly to Dharte HQ.

Legal Setup

Register as sole trader or private limited company. India: free MSME registration at udyamregistration.gov.in. Open a dedicated business bank account separate from personal.

Payment Infrastructure

Razorpay: easy setup, excellent UPI and card support. PhonePe Business: quick QR-code payments. International: Payoneer or Wise for global commissions. Always issue receipts. Keep a clean monthly ledger.

Agency Growth Path

Month 1–2: 6 businesses, ₹15K–30K/month. Month 3–4: 10+ businesses, first events, ₹40K–60K/month. Month 5–6: sub-Promoter network, ₹75K–1L/month. Month 6+: full territory agency, ₹1L–5L/month possible.

Minimum: Business name + dedicated bank account open + one payment method active and tested

  1. 🏷 Choose your agency name. Check availability on Instagram and WhatsApp.
  2. 🏦 Open a dedicated bank account (Kotak Neo / HDFC Basic / ICICI Insta — all free online options).
  3. 💳 Set up ONE digital payment: UPI ID · OR Razorpay payment link · OR bank QR code. Test by sending yourself ₹1.
  4. 📋 Create your Agency One-Pager on Canva: name · your photo · region · businesses · contact · QR code.
  5. 📲 Create Instagram Business account. Post your first 3 pieces: intro · what you do · first product/service.
  6. 📤 Agency name, payment confirmation, one-pager, Instagram link to megha@dharte.net — Subject: Module 15 Assignment
