The Dharte Corporate Wellness Offer
12-week structured team wellness journeys. Lunchtime meditation and breathwork. Sustainable office audits. Mindful leadership workshops. Team wellness retreats at Dharte centres. All programmes are fully CSR-eligible under India's Companies Act 2013.
How to Approach Companies
Identify the HR Director or Head of People & Culture. Send: 'I partner with Dharte — India's leading wellness platform — to bring structured wellness programmes into workplaces. Our 12-week programme is CSR-eligible. May I share a 2-page overview?' Request the overview template from megha@dharte.net.
Your Commission
15% of total contract value. A ₹1,00,000 programme: ₹15,000 to you. A ₹5,00,000 annual programme: ₹75,000. Corporate contracts typically renew annually — one well-served company is consistent income for multiple years.
Business Membership
Every company you bring into Dharte receives a Business membership at ₹24,000/year. Commission on this membership is agreed directly with Dharte. Enrolled companies generate additional commission opportunities through ongoing Dharte engagement.

Connect with companies for Workplace Wellness and enrol at least 2 as Dharte Business members
Minimum: 6 companies approached + 2 enrolled as Dharte Business members at ₹24,000/year
- 🔍 Identify 6 companies: 50+ employees · tech/IT · HR-conscious · companies where you have a personal contact.
- 📋 Find the right contact: HR Director · People & Culture · CEO · Office Manager.
- 💬 Send your opening message. Request the 2-page Dharte Workplace Wellness overview from megha@dharte.net.
- 📨 Follow up with the overview document within 2 days.
- 📞 Discovery calls with at least 3 of 6. Offer a free 30-minute wellness taster session.
- 📤 Contact list + call notes + enrolments to megha@dharte.net — Subject: Module 21 Assignment
