The willingness to give time without expecting immediate return is the mark of a genuine community builder. Volunteering with Dharte connects you to the ecosystem at the deepest level — and consistently leads to paid opportunities, trusted referrals, and leadership roles.
Online Volunteering
Moderate Dharte WhatsApp groups. Help manage social media. Write articles for the newsletter. Assist with online events — Zoom management, polls, Q&A, attendee support. Post-event documentation.
Offline Volunteering
Assist at Dharte Fests and expos — registration, venue setup, attendee guidance. Support facilitators and speakers. Help with post-event photography and documentation.
Community Projects
Run a local sustainability initiative. Organise a free neighbourhood meditation session. Teach sustainable practices in a local school. Connect elders with wellness practitioners.
The Return on Volunteering
Volunteers become the most visible and trusted Dharte community members. Volunteering leads to speaking opportunities, Circle leadership, Agency partnerships, paid event co-hosting, and trusted referrals.
📋 Assignment
Complete at least one meaningful volunteering assignment — online or offline
Minimum: 1 assignment completed with minimum 3 hours contributed
- 🔍 Identify your opportunity: Dharte event · WhatsApp moderation · community meditation · local NGO support
- ✅ Confirm your specific role and date. Know what's expected before you arrive.
- ⏱ Show up on time, prepared, present. Minimum 3 hours. Be useful, not just present.
- 📸 Document: 2–3 photos or short video + one quote from someone you helped.
- ✍️ 150-word reflection: What did you give? What did you receive? What surprised you?
