A campaign is a coordinated, intentional effort to spread a message, grow an audience, or drive action — across multiple channels simultaneously. As a Dharte Promoter, running campaigns for Dharte and for the businesses you represent is one of the most powerful ways to create visible impact, build your reputation, and generate consistent leads and commissions.

What a Dharte Campaign Looks Like

A campaign has a clear goal (enrolments, event registrations, membership sign-ups, product sales), a defined audience, a timeframe (typically 2–4 weeks), a central message or theme, and a call to action. It runs across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and Facebook simultaneously with consistent messaging.

Campaign Types for Promoters

Event launch campaign: promoting a Dharte event 3 weeks before it happens. Membership drive campaign: enrolling new Seekers, Facilitators, or Brands into Dharte. Product or service campaign: promoting a specific Dharte business offer. Course enrolment campaign: bringing new students into this course. Each campaign earns 15% commission on every conversion you drive.

Campaign Planning Framework

1. Goal: what specifically are we driving? 2. Audience: who exactly are we talking to? 3. Message: what is the one compelling reason to act now? 4. Channels: WhatsApp · Instagram · Email · Facebook · LinkedIn. 5. Timeline: daily actions mapped across 2–4 weeks. 6. Call to action: one clear link or action per piece of content.

Measuring Campaign Success

Track: number of messages sent, responses received, clicks on links, conversions (sign-ups, sales, enrolments). Simple WhatsApp tracking: message sent / replied / converted. Instagram: reach, saves, DMs received. Email: opens and clicks. Review every campaign's results and improve the next one based on what worked.

📋 Assignment

Plan and execute one complete Dharte campaign — from strategy to results

Minimum: One full campaign planned and executed across minimum 3 channels with documented results

  1. 🎯 Choose your campaign goal: event registration · membership sign-ups · course enrolments · product/service sales.
  2. 👥 Define your audience: who exactly are you targeting? Be as specific as possible — not 'everyone' but 'Mumbai-based women 25–45 who practise yoga'.
  3. ✍️ Write your campaign message: what is the ONE compelling reason to act now? Keep it to one sentence.
  4. 📅 Create a 2-week campaign calendar: daily actions mapped across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
  5. 🚀 Execute the campaign. Document every action taken — screenshots, message counts, posts published.
  6. 📊 At the end of 2 weeks, compile your results: reach, responses, clicks, conversions. Write a 100-word reflection: what worked, what would you change?
  7. 📤 Campaign plan + execution documentation + results to megha@dharte.net — Subject: Module 23 Assignment
⭐ Bonus: Run a second campaign for a different Dharte business or goal within the same month. Compare the two results and include your analysis in your submission.

💡 The most effective campaigns have one goal, one audience, and one clear call to action. Trying to do everything at once is the most common reason campaigns fail. Simplicity converts.
