⬡ Offline Events
Where real community is built
Offline events create the deepest community bonds. Face-to-face gatherings build trust that no online interaction can replicate. People who meet you in person are 5× more likely to refer you. This module teaches three offline event formats and sustainable production practices.
3 Required Formats
WELLNESS WALK: 1–2 hours in a park or nature space, free, accessible to everyone. WORKSHOP: 2–3 hours with a skilled Dharte facilitator, ticketed (₹200–1,000), small group, deep learning. MINI-EXPO: 3–4 hours, 4–6 brands or facilitators, a micro Dharte Fest.
Event Logistics
Every offline event needs: a venue (Venues module network) · 1–3 confirmed facilitators · Canva flyer posted 2+ weeks ahead · Google Form registration link · WhatsApp group for confirmed attendees · clear post-event plan within 24 hours.
Making Every Event Sustainable
No single-use plastics at any Dharte event — ever. Locally-sourced food and drinks. Digital or recycled materials. Acknowledge your venue partner's sustainability practices publicly. Document and post your sustainability choices.
Post-Event Momentum
Within 24 hours: post 5+ photos on @dhartehouse and your account. Send WhatsApp message to all attendees with the next event. Deploy a 3-question Google Form for feedback. Write a newsletter recap for Dharte.
📋 Assignment
Plan and host a minimum of 3 offline events in your local community
Minimum: 3 events planned with confirmed venues, dates, and 10+ attendees each
- 🗓 Plan 3 offline events across 2 months — Wellness Walk · Workshop · Mini-Expo.
- 📍 Secure a venue for each using your Venues module connections.
- 📋 Before each: flyer created · venue confirmed · facilitator confirmed · registration link live · WhatsApp group created.
- 🌱 Make every event sustainable: no single-use plastic, local food, digital materials.
- 📸 5+ photos from every event. Post within 24 hours on @dhartehouse and your Instagram.
