The Discovery Call
Book a 30-minute discovery call with each founder. Ask: best-selling offer, ideal client, common objections, promoter support, current biggest challenge. Listen more than speak.
Your Promoter Business Portfolio
A clean one-page document: every business you represent with name, category, key offer, price range, ideal client, commission rate (15%), and your pitch in one sentence. Update monthly.
