Online events are the most scalable format for a Dharte Promoter. Minimal cost, global reach, host from anywhere. This module teaches the three core online event formats — Webinar, Panel, and Live Circle — and guides students through planning and hosting at least 3 distinct online events.

3 Required Formats

WEBINAR: one expert speaker, educational content, you moderate. Best for building authority. PANEL: three speakers discuss a topic, you facilitate. Best for nuanced topics. LIVE CIRCLE: open community call, discussion-based, you host. Best for deep community connection.

Platform Selection

Zoom (paid): professional webinars, breakout rooms, recording. Google Meet: free, simple for circles. Instagram Live: awareness and new audience reach. YouTube Live: evergreen content. Facebook Live: existing Dharte community.

Content Planning

Every event needs: a specific compelling title · a precisely defined audience · one clear takeaway · one specific next step at the close · a follow-up plan within 24 hours.

Growing Attendance Over Time

Start with 10–20 attendees. Grow by cross-promoting with other Dharte Promoters, inviting guest speakers who share with their own networks, recording every event and sharing replays, maintaining a consistent monthly rhythm.

📋 Assignment

Plan and host a minimum of 3 distinct online events with 3 different formats

Minimum: 3 fully planned events (each different format) with confirmed dates and promotion plans

  1. 🗓 Plan 3 online events across 6 weeks — Webinar · Panel · Live Circle. Each a completely different format.
  2. 📋 For each: Title · Format · Topic · Audience · Date/time · Platform · Guest(s) · Promotion timeline · Intended outcome.
  3. 🎨 Create a professional flyer for each on Canva. Post in Dharte WhatsApp groups with registration link.
  4. 🚀 Host Event 1. Document fully — screenshot, attendee count, written feedback from 5 attendees.
  5. 🔁 Learn from Event 1. Apply lessons immediately to Events 2 and 3.
  6. 📤 3 Planning Sheets + documentation to megha@dharte.net — Subject: Module 18 Assignment
