One well-hosted event changes everything
Hosting an event is the single highest-leverage action a Dharte Promoter can take. One well-hosted event introduces your entire network to Dharte simultaneously — creating community, generating income, and demonstrating your capability all at once.
Online Event Essentials
Platform: Zoom paid account (needed for 100+ attendees). Duration: 60–90 minutes. Structure: Welcome (5 min) → Content (40 min) → Q&A (15 min) → Community sharing (10 min) → One clear next step (5 min). Arrive 10 minutes early always.
Promotion Timeline
3 weeks before: design and post flyer. 2 weeks: WhatsApp + Instagram Stories. 1 week: email + Facebook + personal invitations. 3 days: reminder post. Day of: morning Story + hour-before message. After: thank-you post within 24 hours.
Your First Event Plan
Choose one Dharte dimension or element as your theme. Target a specific, defined audience. Invite one Dharte facilitator as guest speaker. Free or ₹100–200 entry. Target 25–50 live attendees. Record. Post highlights same day.
Revenue from Events
Free events: audience and trust. Paid (₹200–500): cover costs and signal value. Premium workshops (₹1,000–5,000): significant income. Dharte Promoter memberships at ₹1,800/year — sell at every event.

- 📋 Complete Event Plan: Title · Date/time · Platform · Minute-by-minute agenda · Guest speaker · Promotion plan.
- 🎨 Create your event flyer on Canva — title, date, time, speaker photo, registration link.
- 📣 Promote for minimum 2 weeks: WhatsApp + Instagram + Facebook + email.
- 🎙 Host the event. Follow your agenda. Close with ONE clear next step.
- 📤 Event Plan + flyer + post-event summary to megha@dharte.net — Subject: Module 17 Assignment
