The Certification Process
Once a business applies via dharte.com, the review team evaluates within 5–7 days. Certified businesses receive a digital badge, elevated marketplace placement, priority event listing, and community trust signalling.

- 📨 Send each company their report with a warm cover note. Offer a 15-minute follow-up call.
- 📞 Follow-up call with at least 2 of the 6.
